Three USA players signed for women’s CPL and the 6ixty:

Geetika Kodali, Snighda Paul and Isani Vaghela Signed For Women’s CPL And 6ixty.

Three of the most promising young players in the American women’s game have been signed as overseas players for the forthcoming Women’s Caribbean Premier League and the new 6ixty, which will take place in St. Kitts from August 24 through September 4.

The Barbados Royals have signed Snighda Paul, the Guyana Amazon Warriors have signed Isani Vaghela, and the Trinbago Knight Riders have signed U19 Captain Geetika Kodali. All three USA players will get a wonderful opportunity to play with some of the top women’s cricket players in the Caribbean.

Nadia T. Gruny, a member of the USA Cricket Board and the chair of the Women and Girls Committee, stated: “This is another step in developing our collaboration with Cricket West Indies in the growth of women’s cricket in the region. In this case, three of our most talented young cricketers will have the chance to play for a Caribbean team through CWI’s league partner, the CPL. Geetika, Snighda, and Isani’s exploits in the just-completed series victory over the West Indies U19s give us great hope that they will all perform admirably in St. Kitts. We are grateful to everyone at CWI and the CPL for their continuous support because getting to spend time with, train with, and compete against some of the finest in the women’s game is a tremendous experience.
