IPL Owners set to own Teams in another T20 League:

Major League Cricket (MLC) is an upcoming professional T-20 cricket league in the USA. It is set to begin on July 13, 2023. The idea is to bring star cricket players to the US along with appreciating domestic players. The six teams will be Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. for the first season. And Indians particularly expressed much interest in the league.

Four IPL franchises have been reported of securing teams in the MLC. This also means that out of six teams in MLC, four are owned by IPL franchises. Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, and Chennai Super Kings have bought teams in Los Angeles, New York, and Texas respectively. While Delhi Capitals have partnered with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella for Seattle.
