Details of unveiling ceremony of new PSL Trophy reveals:
The eighth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is
around the corner and the excitement of the fans is mounting with each passing day.
The news of the “new PSL Trophy” has enhanced the excitement of the fans as they are eager to look at the newly-designed PSL Trophy.
As per news, the Trophy will be on display from 9th February as the captain of each franchise will pose with the Trophy.
According to a PCB source, a positive and better image of Pakistan will be portrayed through the Trophy.
Efforts have been made to project Pakistan’s image in a better way through the trophy. Hopefully, cricketing fans around the world would like the new trophy,” a PCB official when contacted said.

The PCB official further stated that efforts are being made to have all the captains during the Trophy unveiling ceremony.
Yes, the newly designed trophy will be presented to the winners of the eighth edition. The one that was used and presented to winners of the last seven editions will no longer be there. Now a freshly crafted trophy having a better look will be unveiled on February 9 at the Shalimar Garden. Multan Sultan and Lahore Qalandars captains will be available. Efforts are being made to have all the captains for the trophy unveiling ceremony,”
The upcoming edition of the PSL will be started from 13th February in Multan. The host side Multan and the defending champions Lahore Qalandars will feature in the first game of the tournament.
