Are we going to see a mini IPL in the future? | South Africa T20 League:

An open bidding process took place in which Over 10 venues were made available for intrigued bidders to possess a franchise and every one of them  got expressions of  interest.

The last 6 teams were all purchased by owners of Indian Premier League franchises as detailed below.Newlands (Cape Town) : purchased by Reliance Industries Limited, owners of Mumbai Indians.Durban : purchased by RPSG Sports Private Limited, the owners of Lucknow Super Giants.St George’s Park, Gqeberha (previously Port Elizabeth) : purchased by Sun TV Network  owners of SunRisers Hyderabad.Wanderers, Johannesburg : Purchased by Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited.Boland Park, Paarl : purchased by Rajashtan Royals owners. I might want to say thanks to Deloitte as our counselors for doing a completely proficient work in assisting South African cricket with finding accomplices who enhance our game. The strong sports foundation of the particular owners and the worldwide brands they oversee guarantees that South African cricket and the more extensive industry will profit from their expertise and resources, as they carry soundness and experience to the League.”
